I am a riding and paddling instructor who also has a lot of experience in hiking and camping in the nature around the year. For almost a year I lived and worked in the heart of Lapland, Inari, and used all my spare time to hike in the surrounding wilderness. I have also worked as a teacher for nature travel guides beside my academic career (M.Sc and Lic.Phil in environmental sciences).

I live in Kuopio in the middle of Finland, but I am ready to travel to meet you wherever you need a guide! Here in Kuopio I can offer you for example a short hike to the nature just a few kilometers from the town centre (available around the year), a riding trip or lesson, canoeing trip or a guided city walk -or we can take some more time and get to know the nearest national park or some of the surrounding wilderness areas. I can also take you to the local cultural events, for example to the wife carrying world championship competition or to skiffle music festival. If you want to learn to dance the typical Finnish dances to be able to enjoy a night on traditional Finnish summer dancing place, ask for a dancing lesson! Also, Finnish 'sauna by the lake' experience is available.
